For any one experiencing issues with the ui not doing the reload timer ui element. simply add a sprite into the black bar.

Thank you everyone who downloaded or looked at the project. This was my first asset pack and the response was a lot more than I was expecting. Edit Once again thank you for all the support on this small project I have exceeded all my expectations and reaching past 10 downloads.
